Polymer Chemist Lab Manager
The polymer chemist lab manager will be responsible for developing and formulating new adhesive products and improving existing ones. You will work closely with a team of chemists to design experiments, analyze data, and identify innovation and process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Chemistry, a strong understanding of adhesive chemistry, and several years of experience in adhesive development and formulation.
Project Manager
The Project Manager will work closely with Ares's customers to understand their requirements and provide adhesive solutions that meet their needs. You will also manage project budgets and timelines and communicate project progress and results to stakeholders within and outside the company. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of successfully leading technical projects and managing cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality control.
Director of Logistics and Distribution
The Director of Logistics and Distribution will be responsible for our global supply chain and operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring all distribution operations run smoothly and efficiently. Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in logistics, transportation, and international distribution.
